Technical Support Engineer, County Durham

Salary circa £25,000

Our client is a well established, North East based institution and they require an experienced support engineer to join their ITdepartment. You will be responsible for the organisations network, key server, data and voice services in a service delivery and customer focussed environment.  The successful candidate will implement and maintain systems, monitor, investigate, trouble shoot and resolve system and service issues.

Essential criteria:

- Experience of installations and configuration of network infrastructure and core server systems

- Active Directory

- LAN/WLAN

- Routers, firewalls and VPN
