IT Services Manager, County Durham

Salary circa £35,000

Our client requires an experienced IT Services Manager to join their very busy and successful organisation. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the IT Services Delivery infrastructure and facilities within the organisation. The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop the IT Services Delivery to meet the performance standards of the organisation.

Essential criteria:

- Experience in a similar management role within services delivery

- Experience of network planning

- Experience of IT Strategy, policy and standards

- LAN/WAN and IT hardware componants

- Experience in project risk management

- Configuration management
