Educated to HNC/HND Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Develop, program, maintain and improve all test processes.

In circuit test { Genrad/Teradyne}

Burn in test {Powered rack at -40 to +85

Hot board testing

Functional test

Flash device programming

Optimize set up programs to improve equipment effectiveness.

Analyse yield of test processes to ensure process capabilities and throughput.

Analyse defects to determine likely failure modes.

Knowledge of automotive CAN, Programming i VB/C ++

Design/Development of new tooling for new /existing test processes.

Selection/Liaison with supplies for both standard and bespoke equipment.
