Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join a small brigade within a prestigious boutique hotel.

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, from rotas to menu planning you will work with the Head Chef to develop a mouth watering menu for the hotel, as well as conferences, weddings and other functions that arise. Ideally the Sous Chef will have a flair for pastry and desserts and will be from a hotel background but predominantly you will have a passion for good food, excellent service and a keen eye for detail.
