Job Description:
My Client based in Newcastle are looking to recruit a Customer Service/Support Manager to work within their relatively small office environment. The main duties will include:-
-Learn the in's & outs of the support provided by the team in order to understand the role of the people you will be managing
-Take ownership & accountability for the Customer Service Function
-Escalate any issues to Senior Management
-Manage & report any fraud & abuse of systems & products
-Performance manage the team through appraisals & evaluations
-Carry out HR related duties such as recruitment, grievance & conduct interviews
-Define, manage & report on key performance indicators at regular intervals
The successful candidate must be hungry for a challenging but rewarding role within a growing company. You will have to possess the ability to lead by example whilst managing & motivating your team in a fast paced environment. This role requires a "go-getter". You must also have a strong interest in technology & the internet & be capable of carrying out tasks such as installing a new printer on your home computer.
