Job Description:

Our client is a highly respected firm of accountants throughout the Teesside region and beyond. Due to growth, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to assist with the growing client portfolios.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for producing statutory accounts to a wide range of clients throughout the local area, typically these are Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited companies, though also include more specialist clients such as solicitors, charities and education bodies. You will also be responsible for assisting on larger audit engagements and leading smaller audits.

Candidates should have experience of working within the accounting profession, and posses excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will have responsibility for clients liaison. You will also be either qualified or part qualified in ACA / ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualifications.
