My Client based in Hebburn are looking to recruit afloat services manager to work on the continual identification of marine afloat & offsite opportunities demonstrating continual growth along with identification by developing opportunities particularly in the oil and gas & renewables sector. The main duties will include:-

-Managing all aspects of the companies afloat & off site operations including sales, estimating, contracts, purchasing, delivery and close out

-Maintaining and enhancing the relationships with existing customers

-Identifying new business opportunities

-Winning new business

-Developing the Commercial Management team

-Identifying areas of potential risk

-Overseeing project progress
