Job Description:

My client, a Global business situated in Teesside is seeking a Spanish speaking Accountant to deliver defined, high quality financial services, to agreed performance and cost targets.

Additional responsibilities will include:

General ledger and compliance activities

Preparation of VAT

Statutory account preparation

Preparation of Tax returns

Financial accounting for group, according to US GAAP

Sarbanes Oxley compliance activities

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish and a business standard of English. Due to the autonomy of the role, it is important that applicants have some Spanish work experience within an accounting function.

Ideally you should be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent and knowledge of a SAP system would be advantages.
