Customer Retention Executive

My Client is looking to recruit an experience Customer Retention Executive to generate sales from each business unit from existing customers.
The main duties will include:-
-Deal directly with existing customers either by telephone or electronically
-To interact with potential Clients by use of appropriate questioning, clarification & language.
-To identify & qualify opportunities for cross selling-Target profiled prospects to sell in key products & services
-Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Teams
-Record details of enquiries, comments & complaints
-To attend training courses internally and externally
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills with a very strong telephone manner .
