What is a Referral?

A referral is when you refer an IT candidate to any of our live vacancies or as a prospective jobseeker. To qualify as a referral the candidate must not already be registered with Solutions Recruitment*.

It’s really simple; anyone can make a referral and genuinely earn fantastic rewards.

What is in it for you?

You can earn £200 for each successful referral and help to find people in your network including friends and family a great new job.

Ok, so how do I make a referral?

The first step you need to take to make a referral is to email it@solrecruit.co.uk stating your name and contact number and including the name and contact details of the person you are referring. A member of the IT recruitment team will then call you back to take further information from you.

Without stating the obvious, please do ensure the person you are referring is happy for you to do so!! 

What do I get in return?

You will earn £200 in vouchers for ? when we successfully place a referred candidate who completes our guarantee period.**  We will send the vouchers directly to you by recorded delivery. 

FAQ’s

Q: How well do I need to know the person I am referring?

A: You just need to know them well enough to make them aware you are referring them to us, we will do the rest!

Q: Should I feel guilty about making money off a friend?

A: Not at all. They get a great new job and you get a financial reward. Everyone is a winner!

Q: How do I check when my payment is due?

A: We suggest you stay in touch with the candidate directly so that you know exactly when they started but rest assured we will pay (in line with the terms and conditions) as soon as your fee is payable. We will also notify you ourselves once the candidate has started and let you know what date your payment will be due if the candidate completes the guarantee period for added assurance. We want you to earn lots and tell everyone about it!

1. Log on to www.solrecruit.co.ukregularly to see our active vacancies, that way you will be able to see exactly what we are looking for to make the right match.
2. Think about people in your network and get in touch to see how things are going, you never know when people’s circumstances change and someone may be looking for a new job that you are not aware of.
3. Remember there are NO LIMITS to how many people you refer so the more candidates you send us, the more money you will make, easy!
